Practice basic watercolor techniques, including value, focal points, composition, and brush strokes. For all experience levels - beginner artists included! Supplies not included.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
