Meditative Art - Spring III

Ages 18+
In this transformative course, participants will explore the art of presence, learning to quiet the mind and tune into the subtle energy within the body. Through guided practices and basic drawing, painting, and writing activities, they'll discover tools to process and transform emotions, release limiting beliefs, and connect with your inner guidance. Each session is designed to foster personal growth and self-discovery, beginning in Week 1 with playful exercises and intuitive exploration to unlock creativity and deepen self-awareness. This journey culminates in dream casting, empowering students to envision and step boldly into their most authentic life.

Week 4: Dissolving Obstacles and limiting beliefs
Week 5: Exploring different sides of your Self
Week 6: Creating what you want using the Matrix tool as a guide

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
