Oxford Community Arts Center

Age: 6 - 12

Designed for homeschooling families, this class introduces students to a wide range of visual art techniques and materials, including painting, drawing, sculpture, clay, and more. Each session encourages imagination, skill-building, and creative exploration through hands-on projects tailored to individual expression. Students will develop fine motor skills, build confidence, and learn to think creatively in a supportive studio environment. While elements of art history and appreciation may be included, the focus is on making art and developing artistic voice.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
