Sew a Pair of Pants - Spring I
AGES: Adults 18+
Practice the skill of reading a sewing pattern, selecting and cutting out fabric, and sewing up something you’ll be proud to wear in the light of day! These beginner-friendly patterns feature an elastic waistband rather than a zipper fly, so they’ll be a comfy fit with casual style. Students may choose between the Chanterelle pattern by Sew Liberated or the Loose Linen Pants pattern from the Danish company Wardrobe by Me.
Students will need to purchase and print the pattern before class begins (check with the instructor for how to do this at a large scale!). Students will supply their own fabric and supplies. This is an intermediate-level class for students who already know how to use a sewing machine.
When: Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8 pm
Location: Tower Room, 3rd Floor
Min: 4 / Max: 6
