Sewing: Children's Clothes (Adults)

AGES: 18+

Enjoy learning how to sew up sweet treasures for the children in your life. Making children’s clothing is a great way to learn how to make clothing in general. We’ll use the book, Mini Makes by Tilly Walnes of Tilly and the Buttons, a whimsical, practical British sewing company. The book includes 6 sewing patterns and instructions for each item along with clear photos and helpful tips. Projects include options in both woven fabrics and knits.

Students will need to purchase the book in advance of the first class, and provide their own fabric for their projects. The instructor will offer guidance regarding fabric choices and where to purchase needed supplies.

When: Mondays, 1 - 2:30 pm
Location:
Tower Room, 3rd Floor
