AGES: 16+

Do you have a favorite garment that is wearing out? Or maybe one that you wish you had in multiples? In this class you will learn how to reverse engineer a garment without cutting it apart. You’ll make a sewing pattern and set of written instructions based on the original garment that will allow you to spawn new versions of old favorites.

Depending on the complexity of the garment you choose, class time may include the prep and sewing of the new item.

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Oxford Community Arts Center. Under the program, up to 50% matching scholarships are available through a generous grant from the Kiwanis Club of Oxford.
